How is my bill calculated?
At the start of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly), your workspace is billed for the number of active users at that time. Think of it as pre-paying for a set number of your teammates to use Fellow. If you deactivate a user, or they leave your team/workspace, you can replace them with another user at no extra cost. What happens when my trial ends?
Once your trial ends, your workspace will be downgraded to our Free plan. If you’re wondering how much time you have left on your trial, there’s a handy indicator in the left-hand navigation bar. Learn more here.
Who can perform administrative tasks?
Access to workspace settings differs on paid vs. free workspaces. On our Free plan (and paid plan trials), all members of a workspace have access to its settings, whereas, on our paid plans, access is only granted to account administrators. Learn more here.
How can I only pay for my team?
Fellow is better with teammates; while we recommend getting your entire organization on the same workspace, we know that it’s not always possible. When you’re looking to pay for your immediate team, you have a couple of options available. Learn more here.

Fellow integrates with your favourite apps, including Google Calendar, Office 365, Slack, Jira, Asana, Zapier, and your HRIS (Workday, BambooHR, etc).
The GSuite, Office 365, Slack, MS Teams, and Loom integrations are available on all plans.
Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Zapier, Trello, monday.com, Linear, and Notion integrations are available on the Pro plan (and above).
Salesforce and HubSpot integrations are available on the Business plan (and above).

How is Fellow protecting my data?
We have taken great precautions to ensure that your data is visible only to the people who should see it. Our data is hosted by Amazon Web Services, a secure cloud services platform. Each Fellow user gets access only to the data that is relevant to them.
