May I combine my account, rewards, benefits, and CubePoints with a friend?
Accounts, rewards, benefits, and points cannot be shared or combined. Only the member paying for the products and engaging with the CubeBik LLC may accumulate rewards, benefits, and points. For questions or concerns, please reach out to loyalty@cubebik.com

Where can I report if I have an issue with my order or leave feedback?

How do I leave the program?
Please contact loyalty@cubebik.com to have your account removed if you no longer want to be a member of CubeBik Loyalty Program or have an account on CubeBik.com.

What happens if I want to rejoin after I left?
Feel free to contact us and we’ll re-enroll you. However, your CubePoints will begin from zero.

How to earn CubePoints?
Check out your Earning CubePoints in the Rewards Launcher to see ways to collect CubePoints, many of which do not require you to make a purchase (1 CubePoint for every $1 spent) such as:

– Sign up and get your first 50 CubePoints.

– You will get 200 CubePoint on your birthday. Please log in to your account and update your birthdate.

– Follow/Like/Share us on Instagram/Facebook/Twitter/Pinterest to get 25 CubePoints.

– Subscribe to Newsletter for 25 CubePoints.

– Refer your friends and you will claim 200 CubePoints when they make their first purchase, your friend will also receive $5 off coupon.

How do I view my CubePoints?
If you’ve already had an account, simply login HERE and this will take you to your “My Account” dashboard where you can manage or view your account status. Open Rewards Launcher on the left corner to discover ways to collect CubePoints and redeem your eligible Rewards.

How can I redeem my CubePoints?
Your CubePoints can be redeemed in “Redeem CubePoints” Section on Loyalty Program Launcher (with 25 CubePoints, you can get US$1).

– The minimum points can be used per 1 redemption is 125 CubePoints.

– The maximum points can be used per 1 redemption is 1000 CubePoints.

Is there a limit to the number of CubePoints I can earn?
There is no limit! Collect as many points as you please.

When will I receive my CubePoints once I place an order?
Your CubePoints will be sent to you in a pending state immediately, and they will be granted 20 days after an successful order.

If you cancel or return the item, CubePoints earned from the canceled/returned order will be regained.

How long will my CubePoints expire?
Points expire 06 months after your latest transaction. So long as you keep making purchases, your points will be valid.

What happens if I cancel an order or return an item I purchased using CubePoints?
If you use CubePoints to purchase an item, CubePoints will not be reimbursed to your account along with any funds. If your order contains multiple items, the CubePoints will be spread evenly throughout the order and the correlating points will not be refunded according to what item/items were returned as well as canceled orders.

Is it possible to gain CubePoints when using a discount code?
Of course! You can get CubePoints at the same time as a discount code when making a purchase. The CubePoints will be calculated based on the net price of your order after applying the discount code (excluding shipping fee and TAX if any).

How will I know when I qualify for a new tier?
We have 3 tiers: Cubie, C-Buddy and C-Mate.

Once you’ve got enough CubePoints that qualifies you to level up tiers, you will receive an email from CubeBik letting you know that you’ve moved up and what benefits you have unlocked.

What are the advantages of being CubeBik membership?
The program’s benefits vary depending on your tier status (Cubie, C-Buddy, C-Mate) but all members will get a birthday gift, bonus points, a specific discount, and free shipping based on eligibility, and more.

When and how will I get my birthday gift?
During the month of our member’s birthday, all members who have stated their birthday in their account will receive a birthday surprise. Please keep in mind that there is a one-month blackout period after creating a new account, so if your birthday falls within this period, you may not receive your benefits.

Because you will be notified via email, it is important that you are opted in to receive marketing emails from CubeBik. Please log in to your account to update your birthdate.
