I love adding this to my morning smoothie or hot coffee as it has no flavour. It has taken about 7 weeks to really see a difference but I'm not surprised as it is different for everyone. I would 100% recommend but a little bummed it was a slow burn for me. I will definitely continue.

I’ve been taking this (nearly) every day for about a month so far, mostly I mix it with the deep sleep hot chocolate also from collagen co. Together I do t notice this powder at all, but in a regular coffee it makes it taste a tiny bit different, not fishy at all though, just a subtle difference. I notice it helps with bloating overnight and I’ve not been losing as much hair when I shampoo.
