  • Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel ist das gebotene deutlich zu wenig, sehr viel Renovierungsstau, unsaubere Teppiche, verschlissene Möbel, im Lobbybereich Sitzmöbel mit vielen Löchern, Speisen recht einfach, Frühstücksbuffet ebenfalls, wenig Auswahl.

    Anfragen per Mail wurden umgehend beantwortet
  • Gebäck beim Frühstück sollte am morgen kurz aufgewärmt werden, da es über Nacht aufgetaut wurde
    Fünf Minuten nach der offiziellen Check-out-Time wurde mir in's Zimmer angerufen und freundlich und bestimmt mitgeteilt, dass das Check-out um 10 h gewesen sei.
