Travel with the Family offer and enjoy discounts up to 50%

The Family offer is aimed at groups or families made up of 2 to 5 people in which there is at least 1 adult and 1 child under the age of 15, for travel on Intercity Notte trains, couchettes and sleeping cars. Excelsior carriages are excluded.

The offer includes the following discounts:

  • 50% (30% for couchettes and sleeping cars) for children under the age of 15;
  • 20% for other passengers.

This offer is only available for a limited number of seats and subject to change, depending on the day, the train and class or service level in question.

The minimum price, not including the discount, must be at least €10 for each member of the group over the age of 15, notwithstanding the minimum fares for each ticket.

  • How to purchase the offer

    You can purchase the Family offer up to the departure of your selected train on this website, from the ticket office at the train station, authorised travel agencies, Self Service machines or by calling the Call Centre (premium-rate number).

    To purchase the Family offer on this website:

    • enter the number of passengers into the required field (at least 1 adult and 1 child)
    • identify the journey that interests you and select the “Family 20%” offer for each passenger.

    You can change the departure date/time free of charge only once and until the departure time of your selected train also online.

    You can change your ticket free of charge only once and until the departure time of your selected train.

    You can change your ticket on this website, by paying any difference in price, only for tickets that were originally purchased on this website (with the exception of journeys that include at least one night train or an international train).

    It is possible to request a refund for your ticket, with a 20% deduction to the original amount paid, before the departure of your train.
