Can I use my HSA/FSA?

Yes, you can. Simply pay for your breast pump, milk bags and accessories using your FSA/HSA debit card at checkout, or pay with another credit card and submit your receipt to your plan administrator for reimbursement.

Do I need to use Milk Bags with Willow 3.0?

No! Willow 3.0 offers the option to pump into Spill-Proof Milk Bags or Reusable Containers. Milk Bags enable total 360 degree mobility, while Containers offer 180 degree mobility, superior to other wearable pumps. Learn More.

Will Willow 3.0 still work if I produce more than four ounces on each side?

Our Spill-Proof Milk Bags and Reusable Containers hold up to 4 oz of milk (8 oz total). Willow automatically shuts off when your Milk Bag or Container is full. If you pump more than 4 oz in a single session, you can easily switch out the bag or empty the container and continue pumping.

Can I freeze the Milk Bags?

Absolutely! You can freeze in the Milk Bags. Our Milk Bags can be stored in the freezer for up to six months. Our Milk Bags have a convenient tab at the top to record the date the milk was pumped to help keep your stored milk organized.     “Spill proof” is false advertising

    Too much lost milk. The bags don’t fit well in the pump, are extremely finicky. Cause issues 50% of the time.

    So disappointing. I really, really want to love this Willow!! But the inconsistent pumping, weak suction, and then wasted/lost milk due to the inefficient container design and transfers…. Make it hard to love this pump and its accessories :(

    Aside: the bags are labeled as “recyclable,” and “please recycle” but check your local recycling company because most residential recycling contracts don’t actually recycle thin film like this… just because it is recyclable does not mean that it will get recycled. New York City recycling likely accepts / recycles this material, but very few other places do.
