Eating out can be a challenge if you’re looking to lose weight, but it really doesn’t need to be that way. With WeightWatchers everything is on the menu. Members can enjoy the food they love and still lose weight even when eating out.

To make it easier to dine out at Stonehouse , WW have compiled some recommended dishes that can be enjoyed as part of the WeightWatchers programme.

Start with some Beer Battered Salt & Pepper Mushrooms (7 Points® if you hold the dip), Crispy Fried Chicken (without dip) (7 Points®), Salt & Pepper Chicken Wings (without sauce) (9 Points®), Hot 'N' Spicy Crispy Prawns (9 Points®) or our Veggie Dippers (7 Points®)then head to the carvery for your main course.

For mains why not opt for our delicious Plant Based Chicken Breast (14 Points®) or Camembert & Root Vegetable Bake (16 Points®) …otherwise head to the carvery! Our top tips are grab a carvery with a Small Portion of Gammon (11 Points®), Small Portion of Roast Beef (6 Points®), Small Portion of Turkey (3 Points®) Standard Portion of Turkey (5 Points®), King Size Portion of Turkey (7 Points®).

Don’t forget to fill your plate with ZeroPoint™ veggies such as sweetcorn, carrots, swede, green beans, Romano beans, plum tomatoes, cabbage or Brussels sprouts.

Add 2-3 options of the following: (or 1-2 options if choosing gammon), creamed leeks, peas, baked beans, Yorkshire pudding, onion gravy and mint, horseradish or English mustard sauce for an additional 1-2 Points(R) per serving.
