Store Pickup Frequently Asked Questions

Store Pickup is a free service that allows you to order items online and pick them up at your local Curacao store when your order is ready. Exclusions apply: Only items sold in store are eligible for Store Pickup. The Curacao store located in Lynwood city is not included).

Is every product online available for Store Pickup?

No, only items that are eligible for Store Pickup will be marked “Store Pickup” in the shipping method options.

How do I place an order for Store Pickup Order?

  • Look for eligible products marked "Store Pickup” on the product detail pages.
  • Add eligible items marked “Store Pickup” to cart and when prompted, select Free Store Pickup, enter your ZIP Code and select check. A list of Curacao stores will populate, select the Curacao store where you would like to pick up your order. 
  • Click “Proceed to Checkout”.
  • Confirm your selected pickup store, then pay for your order on iCuracao.com.

How do I know that my order is ready to be picked up?

We will send you a "Ready for Pickup" email confirming your order is ready to be picked up at your selected Curacao store. 

Your items will be held at the store for 3 days after you receive the “Ready for Pickup” notification. If you have not picked up your order after 3 days, your order will be cancelled, the items will be restocked, and your order will be refunded to the original payment method used on the purchase. 

What do I bring with me to pick up my order? 

Go to the Will Call area located in your Curacao store. To pick up your order you will need to present the following at Will Call:

  • Your order number — You can either print the email with your order number, or show Will Call the email saved to your mobile phone.
  • Your photo I.D.

Pickup hours are 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily. For holidays, please check your local Curacao store for as special hours may apply.

Who can pick up my order?

By default, the customer who is listed as the Billing Contact can pick up the order when it is ready. 

How do I cancel my purchase?

To cancel your order contact Customer Service at (877) 287-2226.

You can also cancel at the store location you selected to pick up your order. Go to the Will Call area at your Curacao store. Bring with you the email with your order details and photo I.D. Let the Service agent know you would like to cancel your order. 

How do I return my Store Pickup order?

There are three different ways to return your pickup order.

  1. 1. You can visit your Curacao store with your receipt for the items you wish to return within the appropriate return period.
  2. 2. You can initiate a return request online to ship your return items:
    1. Login to your account and go to My Returns to create a return request 
    2. Print Return Authorization and label
    3. Prepare package 
    4. Attach return label  
    5. Ship package
