We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: During checkout you will see "I need a custom quote" We will pack your order and send you an invoice via PayPal for the shipping cost. We ship via USPS 1st Class International Package OR USPS Priority, whichever is the cheapest. If you would like an exact shipping amount before payment, send us an email. 


DOMESTIC ORDERS: Shipping is 9.99 for all orders.

ckly? Call us or e-mail if you need expedited shipping. We can ship to you overnight or second day, simply ask! We are always happy to rush your shipment if you need to get it quick! 

When will your order ship?

We ship ASAP - how can you start creating if your goodies are on our shelves. All orders ship from our location in Tucson, Arizona. 

To track your order

You will receive an email from us that includes confirmation that your order has been filled and is on its way. We ship UPS,FedEx, and USPS.

What are your rates for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, FPO/APO, and other U.S. territories?

We use only USPS to ship to these destinations; express service is unavailable. If your order includes heavy items (weigh over 3 lbs.) or oversized items, additional shipping charges will apply. We will contact you with the exact shipping charges. You'll be asked to approve the charges BEFORE the order is shipped.

Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
