Hard Rock Unity Member rates are valid at participating Hard Rock hotels for those individuals who have consented to be members of the Unity by Hard Rock loyalty program. Unity Member rates are eligible to be booked online at a participant Hotel’s direct booking website, by contacting the hotels’ reservation department or through Customer Care (+1-888-519-6683) and at time of booking provide their Unity membership number. To join Unity by Hard Rock, you may join online for the Program by: (a) completing an online membership application at the Program Website unitybyhardrock.com; or (b) completing the membership application within the Unity App. You may register in person for the Program at Participating Locations that have registration facilities (e.g., a Players Club, kiosks, or mobile patron registration). When booking Unity Member rates, Members will receive a discounted rate, Unity membership benefits, tier credits and Unity points to be used for future stays. Member Rate is up to 10% off the Standard Rate and is non-transferrable. Member Rate is not valid in conjunction with previously booked or held stays, groups/conventions, and may not be combined with any other rates, promotions or offers unless otherwise set forth in such offers. Member Rate is per room, per night based on single or double occupancy, unless otherwise stated, and excludes tax, incidental charges or any other hotel specific charges.
