Shipping policy
We offer sitewide free shipping within the US*, no minimum spending is required.
Our preferred shipping carriers are USPS, UPS, OnTrac and DHL. We determine the shipping method based on the delivery address and the weight and size of each parcel.
The estimated delivery time is 2-7 business days in the US. Most orders are expected to be dispatched within 1-2 business days, with valid tracking number(s) provided.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition** that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please read our return policy in full details here.
**Exception: items eligible for the 7-night free trial program are not required to be returned in unused condition.
**Currently only the bamboo comforter is eligible for the 7-night free trial program.
We can help change shipping address when the package is still with us. However, once the order leaves our warehouse, we will no longer be able to modify the delivery address. To make changes while your order is in transit, we highly suggest reaching out to the carrier for available options. For instance, if your order is shipped via UPS, UPS My Choice may offer the flexibility to alter shipping address.
