Window Teddy 4G WiFi Camera; with Motion Recording and Live Viewing
A fantastic 4G | WiFi surveillance camera in the guise of a loveable little teddy that is attached to the inside of a window looking out onto your rear garden or front driveway. Remotely view and record live video footage through a pane of glass in true HD resolution and gather evidence on a smartphone from anywhere in the world. The Teddy is professionally fitted with our signature invisible 8-megapixel camera lens providing fabulous pin-sharp images.
Devised to help victims gather video evidence of car vandalism and anti-social behaviour, the Teddy has a single power cable that trails out of view and connects to a mains socket or portable Power Bank. The camera can then be connected to any home or office WiFi network or a portable MiFi dongle to provide wireless 3G | 4G | 5G connectivity. See the 'More Information' tab for further details.
For example, attach Teddy to the inside of your house window overlooking the front driveway or attach Teddy to your car window overlooking a public street. Connect the camera to a WiFi network or MiFi dongle, and you can remotely view live footage from the comfort of your living room.
SIGNATURE INVISIBLE LENS

FREE iOS | ANDROID SMARTPHONE APP
The smartphone app is available to download from the Apple | Google Play Store and is the control hub for Teddy's camera. The app is British designed and easy for beginners straight out of the box and will also please the tech-savvy with an array of advanced camera settings. You can view, record, take picture snapshots, enable motion-activated recording, instantly playback video clips, adjust the resolution, download and/or delete video files, plus much more!
The app has a built-in calendar for fast and easy navigation to all your stored video content. Want to playback a video from a few days or a few months ago? Tap the calendar and navigate a particular date to access archived videos and snapshots.
DESIGNED WITH PRIVACY IN MIND
No other WiFi camera app has the combined hardware and software that puts absolute protection back in your hands. The software app is fully encrypted, so YOU have complete control. The hosted UK server authenticates a secure handshake between the camera and app to grant access through a series of algorithm signatures. The smartphone app is packed with security features to please the most demanding privacy-focused user.
You may permit a person/s access to the camera by sending them an encrypted token. At any time, you can revoke access by killing the token.
POWERS BY MAINS OR POWER BANK
Teddy purposely does not have internal power. You must connect the Teddy to either a mains power or a portable Power Bank to automatically power the camera. We did not want operators to experience battery power depreciation; therefore, powering Teddy's camera from a mains or connecting to a Power Bank provides interchangeable and very long term use.
For example, connecting the Teddy to a mains power provides unlimited operation time. Joining the Teddy to a 10'000 mAh Power Bank will provide 18 hours of operation time. You may use any Power Bank of any capacity with a 5V | 2A output for longer battery performance.
RURAL DEPLOYMENT
If there is no WiFi network available at the location (and this will be a consideration for vehicle deployment, especially in rural areas), consider purchasing a small portable MiFi Dongle fitted with a 3G | 4G | 5G data SIM card to provide wireless connectivity. The camera can also connect to a smartphone's Hotspot (also referred to as tethering), and for an 'all in one' solution, consider our Portable WiFi Pelibank Battery Case. We can supply a MiFi Dongle by TP-Link ready to accept your own 3G | 4G | 5G data SIM card from the menu above.
AUTOMATIC NETWORK COVERAGE
The Teddy camera has an intelligent onboard memory to store thousands of WiFi networks to which it has previously been connected. For example, connect the camera to your home WiFi network --> then take the camera to a new location and connect to a different WiFi network --> then to a business hotel --> and the onboard memory automatically stores each new network. Hence, you only need to power the Teddy within range, and the camera will instantly connect to that associated network the next time. Designed for convenience and speed when moving the Teddy around different locations.
ECO MODE
The camera will automatically monitor WiFi bandwidth in the background like an energy-efficient bulb. So even if you have a poor internet connection, up to 5x cameras can be added to the same setup.
HIDDEN SSID (CAMERA ID)
The Teddy camera will not display its SSID when connected to a WiFi network, thus remaining invisible from discovery by 3rd parties searching for connected WiFi devices.

Note: Audio has been purposely disabled due to the camera working behind a pane of glass. The Teddy camera is not able to view through a window at night time due to glass reflection.

IS THE WINDOW TEDDY A BRITISH DESIGNED PRODUCT?
Yes. The Window Teddy Camera is designed, manufactured and hosted in the UK. The hardware and software have passed rigorous certification to be the ONLY fully encrypted WiFi camera and app at the highest level. The privacy-focused smartphone app provides access to the camera settings, live footage and recorded video | audio files that you can only access. The app is encrypted to your smartphone by sophisticated AES-256 algorithms and can not be accessed on a different device or by 3rd parties without your authorisation.
Designed and built from the ground up entirely in the UK to ensure the camera and app are fully compliant and futureproof. The zero data server's main purpose authenticates a secure handshake to the camera as the genuine owner mitigating brute force and man in the middle attempts.
HOW DO I POWER THE WINDOW TEDDY?
The Teddy does not have an ON | OFF switch or an internal battery and must be connected to a mains power or portable Power Bank via the attached power cable. If the Teddy camera is connected to a main's power, the camera will operate indefinitely. If the Teddy camera is connected to a portable Power Bank, for example, 10'000 mAh, the camera will operate for an approximate runtime of 18 hours. Any Power Bank capacity can be connected to the Teddy for longer deployment times, including our portable 100'000 mAh Power Bank.
WHY ISN'T THERE AN IN-BUILT BATTERY?
This was a conscious decision due to the natural depreciation of batteries and the deployment in heated vehicles or machinery. We decided it was better for the client to connect a small, high capacity Power Bank to the Teddy to power the camera and maintain a small footprint.
CAN I CONNECT THE TEDDY TO A HOME OR OFFICE WIFI NETWORK?
Yes. When the Teddy is connected to power, the Camera ID will be visible within your smartphone's WiFi list. Tap to connect to the camera and follow our easy setup instructions that also include video tutorials. Once connected to a WiFi network, the camera ID will be invisible. Being a UK company, our User Guides and videos are easy to understand, plus you will receive full support.
WHAT IF THERE IS NO WIFI?
Many homes and offices that do not have a WiFi router will invest in a portable MiFi Dongle from a local store. MiFi dongles accept a 3G | 4G | 5G data SIM card to provide a wireless network for mobile devices and computers to connect to the internet.
We can supply a credit card-sized TP-Link MiFi Dongle that is powered by a rechargeable 2'000 mAh battery to provide 8-hours of wireless connectivity from the menu above. Please note we do not supply a data SIM card as you may want to use your own preferred network carrier.
If you require a more robust 'all-in-one' solution, we can supply a Portable WiFi Pelibank Battery Case with built-in wireless MiFi and 100'000 mAh Power Bank. This product would be ideal for much longer deployment times of 18 days and is supplied as a solid single unit.
For example, the Teddy is plugged into the USB port of the Pelibank to power the camera and then enable the Pelibanks MiFi network. Attach Teddy to the inside of a car window (looking out at the area of concern) even in rural areas and you are good to go!
IS THE SMARTPHONE APP EASY TO USE?
Yes. The app is available to download from the Apple | Google Play Store and is feature-rich to satisfy basic and advanced users. View live footage in true HD, zoom in | out, set motion video recording, record manually, take picture snapshots, instant video playback and download recorded files - plus much more!
WHERE ARE THE RECORDED FILES STORED?
The Teddy will store files, including video and picture snapshots, to its internal 32 GB of memory (upgradeable to 256 GB upon request). Only your smartphone has access to Teddy's files to instantly playback, remotely transfer and/or delete files at any time.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO SET UP ON AN OFFICE NETWORK, THEN TAKE THE TEDDY TO A NEW LOCATION AS A STANDALONE RECORDER?
You must connect the Teddy camera to a WiFi network, MiFi dongle or mobile hotspot at the location to set the time and date and recording mode. Then you may disconnect the WiFi and walk away, leaving the Teddy camera to record as per your recording mode.
- Connect the Teddy to a mains or Power Bank at the location, and the camera will automatically switch ON.
- Connect the Teddy to any router | MiFi dongle or mobile phone hotspot (tethering).
- Set the recording mode.
- Disconnect the WiFi and walk away. The Teddy camera will monitor and record without a WiFi network according to your settings until the battery has drained, or if using a mains power, it will run infinitely.
CAN I ACCESS THE CAMERA USING MY PC COMPUTER?
No. Only a smartphone is required.
CAN I PROVIDE ACCESS FOR OTHER PEOPLE TO VIEW THE CAMERA?
If you wish to provide access to the camera, you must send the person/s an encrypted token. You can kill the token at any time to revoke access. The camera and app have the highest privacy protocols giving you complete control at all times.
IS THE VIDEO AND PICTURE RESOLUTION GOOD ON A SMARTPHONE?
Yes. The camera is equipped with an 8-megapixel lens that produces true HD resolution. The image quality is superior and can be fine-tuned through the app to change picture contrast, brightness, exposure, saturation and white balance for the best viewing pleasure.
DOES THE TEDDY ILLUMINATE LIGHTS OR NOISE THAT MAY DRAW ATTENTION?
No. And when attached to the inside of a window, persons looking at the Teddy will see nothing. A single cable runs to a power supply out of view.
WILL I RECEIVE PUSH NOTIFICATIONS?
Coming soon. When enabled within the app, you will receive a live push notification to your smartphone alerting you of movement. The camera has an intelligent 'stealth capture' feature that automatically records events 5 seconds before motion detection. When you playback the recorded footage, you will see the entire video without missing vital seconds.

For purchases to EU and other worldwide destinations, we use couriers by DPD, UPS, TNT and FedEx which are fully trackable.
A flat rate standard shipping fee of £40.00 applies for delivery between 6-7 business days depending on the destination, and £45.00 for expediated delivery between 4-5 business days depending on the destination.
