EltaMD.com Shipping Policy

• EltaMD products are available online to U.S. customers only.

• EltaMD orders are shipped to contiguous U.S. residential addresses only, and can take up to 6 business days to be delivered (excluding holidays).

• Orders are processed and shipped Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays.

• Orders can take up to 2 business days to process.

• Orders placed on Friday after 2:00 pm EST, or on a Saturday/Sunday will not begin processing until the following business day (excluding holidays).

• We offer the following Shipping Tiers and Fees (after any applicable discounts and before taxes):

• Free Standard shipping (4 to 6 days) for all orders of $75 or more

• $5.95 shipping charge fee for Standard shipping (4 to 6 days) on orders between $35 and $75

• $7.95 shipping charge fee for Standard shipping (4 to 6 days) on orders up to $35

• $30.00 shipping charge fee for Express shipping (2 business days) on all orders. --- Express shipping refers to the transit time only. --- Express shipping orders can take up to 2 business days to process as described above. --- Express shipping orders are delivered Monday thru Saturday. --- Express shipping may take up to 4 business days to arrive.

• Standard shipping orders are delivered to the shipping address Monday thru Saturday (excluding holidays)

• Free Shipping promotions for orders below $75 are valid on Standard shipping only and not valid on new or recurring Subscription orders. 

• Each order will be shipped to one address only and cannot split ship products.

• We are unable to deliver to PO Box, APO, FPO & DPO addresses, and to customers outside of the United States.

• Express Shipping and orders of $500 or more may require a signature for receipt at time of delivery.

• Shipping dates and Delivery times are not guaranteed.

• Customers have up to One hour after an order has been placed to Cancel or Edit their order via the links in the Order Confirmation Screen and/or the Order Confirmation email. Orders cannot be Canceled or Edited after One Hour. 

• Customers are responsible for notifying our Consumer Support team when an order has been returned to EltaMD by the shipper due to an insufficient address or other delivery issues.

• Refunds for orders that are returned to EltaMD by the shipper can take up to 14 days to process.
