INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Couriers usually deliver from 9 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. and do not call in advance or deliver at specified times. For shipping in Italy, you may receive free text messages to update you on the delivery of your parcel: you will be notified by the courier when your order is about to be delivered with indication of the day and time of delivery. To activate this service, fill in the "telephone number" field when you place your order and provide a valid mobile phone number.

We recommend you indicate your place of work as delivery address instead of your home address or in all cases an address where someone is present to receive the parcel at the indicated times. The courier will attempt to call you to inform you that your parcel will be delivered on the following day if there is no-one at the given address.

Solaris does not send orders to BFPO addresses or PO boxes.
