Shipping options to Germany
Delivery by DHL GoGreen
Products are delivered as insured DHL-parcel.
If desired they can also be delivered to your packing station.
Delivery will take place within one working day from payment entry, unless otherwise stated for your particular product.
Articles not in stock will be immediately ordered from the producer. You will be immediately informed in case of delivery delays.
Likewise we will inform you immediately if an article is not available and will refund any payments that have already been received.
Delivery via DHL-Express
Usually, our packages are delivered to you within 1-3 days by "DHL standard shipping national", often they are delivered on the following day already. However, if you are in a particular hurry (e.g. gift, last-minute vacation), for a surcharge of 9.95 € we additionally offer the "DHL express delivery" within Germany, which guarantees delivery during the next business day (provided the order has been placed until 3 pm).
This applies to items in stock (indicated in the product details with a green traffic light) and instant payment options (PayPal, credit card, sofortueberweisung.de).
It is also possible to specify a certain day of delivery. Please contact our customer service by phone under 040/244 249 40 or send an e-mail to shop@uhrzeit.org with any further questions regarding this option or regarding the "DHL express delivery" in general.
Shipping fees
Free shipping from €40
From an article value of €40 we charge no shipping fee. If the value of goods is less than €40, you pay for the delivery €4.95.
30 days free return
If you do not like an article, you can return it free of charge within 30 days.
Payment options
Payment via PayPal
For secure payment through PayPal, you will be redirected to our partner PayPal immediately after submitting the order. Please ensure that the delivery address matches the one registered with PayPal for security reasons. We will send you the ordered goods after confirmation of payment within the delivery time specified for the product.
Payment by invoice with Klarna
When you shop with us, you can also choose to pay for the goods later. Without any additional fees. You only pay to our partner Klarna after 30 days and only for what you decide to keep.
Pay immediately
Pay securely with Verified by VISA, MasterCard SecureCode, or Maestro. After submitting the order, you can conveniently and securely pay online through our partner Klarna. The ordered goods will be dispatched after confirmation of payment within the delivery time specified for the product.
Direct Debit
When paying by direct debit, you only need to provide your bank details and authorize a SEPA direct debit mandate. The purchase price will then be debited from the specified account. Please note that the direct debit is processed by our Payment Service Provider Klarna. A Klarna account is not required for this purpose.
Installment Payment
Installment Payment: With Klarna's financing service, you can flexibly pay for your purchase in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least 6.95 EUR), or as otherwise stated in the checkout conditions. The installment payment is due at the end of each month after receiving a monthly invoice from Klarna. Pay with Bitcoin
If you want to pay with the digital currency Bitcoin, you will be provided with a link and QR code immediately after the order is completed, through which you can make the payment from your wallet.
cash on delivery
Within Germany, you can also choose delivery with cash on delivery. The goods must be paid for in cash to the delivery person. The shipment will be sent promptly after the order is placed.
Instant Bank Transfer
After submitting the order, you can conveniently and securely pay online through our partner Klarna using Sofortüberweisung (Instant Bank Transfer). No need to enter long card numbers, and no account opening required. With Sofortüberweisung, you simply complete your order using your online banking details. Immediately afterward, you will receive a transaction confirmation, and your order can be processed directly.
Payment via Amazon
With Amazon Pay, you can pay on www.uhrzeit.org using the payment and shipping information from your Amazon customer account. Simply click on the "Pay with Amazon" button in the shopping cart. Then, you can choose the desired payment method (e.g., credit card or direct debit) and the shipping address from the data stored in your Amazon account and complete your purchase with us.
