    How long will your refund take?  

    A typical refund will take between 7 and 14 days.  This includes you returning your goods, us processing the return and your refund arriving back into your bank account. 

     A returns delivery charge will be deducted for items that are unsuitable:

    • UK mainland £6.99 for lighting and small items.

    • UK highland Islands and NI will be charged at the same rate as the delivery charge for lighting and small items.

    • Furniture, Art + Mirrors will be charged at the same rate as the delivery charge.

    Returns Labels

    We will issue you with a pre-paid returns label allowing you to drop the return off at one of the local DPD drop off points at your own convenience. You can find your nearest drop-off point here.

    Return to Store – now available in selected locations

    You can now return the goods purchased online to one of our selected stores. All you must do is to take the items you wish to return and your order confirmation to one of the following stores:

    Items purchased from PAGAZZI online (www.pagazzi.com) may not be returned to our other stores. This is to make sure we process your return as quickly as possible.

    PAGAZZI Lighting (Web) Ltd will credit the price paid for the goods after the stock arrives back at our warehouse. This can take between 4-7 working days. We will then process your full refund within 14 working days of receipt of your return.

    Returning unsuitable products?

    Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We can then suggest suitable alternatives and arrange an exchange or issue a returns label for you to send the item back to us. You will then have 14 days to return the goods to us.

    You can return unwanted goods in perfect condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Please carefully re-package the products in the packaging materials used to deliver them.  Please ensure all components are included.  With this in mind, open your delivery with care.  Please don’t reseal boxes with brown packing tape or write on the packaging.  If the returned packaging is excessively damaged we will reserve the right to deduct up to 30% from your refund to cover handling costs. 

    PAGAZZI Lighting (Web) Ltd will credit the price paid for the goods in full within 14 days of receipt of your return. You are liable for returns delivery charge for the return of items deemed to be unsuitable. We will deduct this charge from the amount refunded. This charge will be £6.99 (UK) or £14.99 (Scottish Highland and Islands) or £22.00 for (NI) for lighting and small items, furniture, art + mirrors will be charged at the same rate as the delivery charge. 

     

    What happens if my goods arrive damaged or faulty?

    In the event that you receive your order in a faulty or damaged condition, please contact us as soon as possible.  If your order is damaged or faulty on delivery, you can cancel your order at any time within 14 days of receipt. A refund will be made to the payment method used to order the goods once we receive the returned order at our warehouse.

    All electrical items have a 1-year warranty (integrated LED, 3 years). Items can be returned for testing, repair or replacement. 

    Please check that you can fit the product in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. We cannot refund products that have been incorrectly fitted. We are not responsible for the consequences of incorrectly fitted products. We recommend that you use only qualified and experienced electricians to install our products.

    We may ask you to email a photograph of the damage and answer a few questions as part of our quality assurance checks. If appropriate, we will arrange the collection of the damaged or faulty product.  We can collect your products from your delivery address or another more convenient address. Please re-package the products in the packaging we used to send the products to you.

    Unwanted goods can only be accepted for return in perfect condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

    Please note that you may be liable for returns delivery charge for the return of items deemed to be unsuitable. This charge will be deducted from the amount credited back to you. This charge will be £6.99 (UK) or £14.99 (Scottish Highland and Islands) or £22.00 for (NI) for lighting and small items, art and mirrors and will be charged at the same rate as the delivery charge for furniture.
