Can I use my HSA/FSA?

Yes, you can. Simply pay for your breast pump and accessories using your FSA/HSA debit card at checkout, or pay with another credit card and submit your receipt to your plan administrator for reimbursement.

What sizes are available?

The right size is key for maximizing comfort and output. Willow offers flanges and containers in size 21mm, 24mm, and 27mm. If you measure smaller than 21mm, we offer Sizing Inserts in sizes 15mm, 17mm, 19mm that snap into our 24mm Flanges and Containers. We strongly recommend measuring yourself to determine your Willow size as it might be different from other pumps you’ve used. Unsure of your size? How do I clean the containers?

After every use, you can wash by hand or pop the parts in the dishwasher, top rack only.

It’s important to wash breast pumping parts after every session to avoid the growth of bacteria. We also suggest you do not store your Container in the fridge or the freezer. This can lead to decreased performance for the Container.

    Helpful but messy

    I love the idea of having containers so I don’t always have to use the bags and can save on not purchasing so many bags. Just be prepared to gain a new skill in pouring or it’ll be a mess. I could suggest putting a bowl under the bottle or whatever milk bag container you’re going to store in so you don’t lose any milk as you’re learning how to pour it. I wish there was a better spout option and it funneled better at the top so the container didn’t hold any extra milk. It’s still a great option to have and not always use the bags.

    Good containers but these need to come with the flex tubes!

    It makes zero sense that this set doesn’t come with the flex tubes… now instead of having an extra set of parts like I thought, I have to go spend even MORE money in the flex tubes. This is super annoying. The containers themselves are great, but it’s just not thought out well at all.

    Same thing with only including one charger. It feels intentional and like they just want more money. Annoyed.
