There&#8217;s a very famous story about Joe Biden when he was a senator in the 1980’s.
In June 1982, Biden was on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee and he got into a clash with Menachem Begin, the prime minister of Israel.
Biden lectured Begin over Israeli settlements and threatened cutting off military aid for Israel’s offensive campaign in Lebanon, where Israel was fighting against arch-terrorist Yasser Arafat and his Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO).
Begin, whose father, mother, and brother were murdered by the Nazis in the Holocaust, had moved to Israel, where he became an underground fighter against the British in an attempt to establish the State of Israel. He turned to Biden and <a href="https://www.nationalreview.com/corner/menachem-begin-warned-us-about-joe-biden/#:~:text=Don't%20threaten%20us%20with,the%20gas%20chambers%20and%20ovens." target="_blank" rel="noopener">said</a>:
<blockquote>Don’t threaten us with cutting off aid to give up our principles. I’m not a Jew with trembling knees. I am a proud Jew with 3,700 years of civilized history. Nobody came to our aid when we were dying in the gas chambers and ovens. Nobody came to our aid when we were striving to create our country. We paid for it. We fought for it. We died for it. We will stand by our principles. We will defend them. And, when necessary, we will die for them again, with or without your aid.</blockquote>
Now, this story is not about Menachem Begin. This story is about Joe Biden. Biden is a coward. He is an atrocious voice when it comes to foreign policy, and he always has been. There&#8217;s a reason that former Obama Defense Secretary Robert Gates said Biden had never been correct on foreign policy in his entire life.
That is true. Biden has a unique capacity to screw up when it comes to foreign policy. He is weak-kneed. In fact, he is so weak that he brags about being the only member of the Obama administration to oppose the Osama bin Laden raid. That&#8217;s how weak Joe Biden is.
Now, Joe Biden is showing his neck to Hamas.

On Wednesday, Biden told CNN’s Erin Burnett that the United States would deny Israel offensive weaponry if Israel went into the “populated areas” of Rafah. He decided unilaterally that in violation of the Impoundment Control Act of 1974, he is simply going to hold up the shipments of weaponry to Israel over disagreements with how Israel is prosecuting the war.
Israel has been attempting to move civilians out of Rafah so they can move in and kill terrorists in Rafah. And Biden has opposed that. Biden’s new math is that the United States will undercut our own democratic allies if terrorists take the most terroristic action, which is to hide behind civilians. He is now creating a full-scale incentive structure for terrorists to hide among civilians because now they are safe from any sort of retaliation.
The weapons he wants to deny to Israel are targeted weapons, the kinds of weapons that minimize civilian casualties, which will force Israel to use non-targeted weapons, meaning more civilian casualties.
That’s an unjustifiable act on every possible level: moral, political, and pragmatic. And none of it makes any sense on the moral level.
Hamas is a terrorist group that is currently holding five Americans. Five Americans are being held in terror tunnels by Yahya Sinwar and his group of barbaric thugs.
Biden doesn&#8217;t mention their names very often. He will talk about Brittney Griner until the cows come home, but when it comes to five Americans who happen to be Jewish who are being held by Hamas in terror tunnels, he won&#8217;t mention their names: Edan Alexander, 19; Omer Neutra, 22; Hersh Goldberg-Polin, 23; Sagui Dekel-Chen, 35; and Keith Siegel, 64.
Biden will take the occasional photo op with their relatives and pretend he&#8217;s going to stand by them. But he’s not standing by anybody. He does not give two good damns about any one of those people.
Biden attempting to preserve Hamas in Rafah is also political malpractice. The American people do not like Hamas. They would like to see Israel finish this. The American people are tired of watching this war go on. What America likes are wars that are short, wars that are victorious.
And those are things Joe Biden has never been involved in.
What Biden is doing right now is the least pragmatic move I&#8217;ve ever seen a politician make with foreign policy. He has created an entire incentive structure for Hamas to walk away from the table. He has created an incentive structure for Hezbollah to get into a war with Israel. He has created an incentive structure where if Israel goes into Rafah, more civilians will die.
Biden is showing daylight between Israel and the United States. The terrorist group Hezbollah might well think, “If we open up on the northern front, the United States won&#8217;t resupply Israel.” Iran will get more aggressive. And of course, Hamas will walk away from the negotiating table.
Biden is now playing defense for Hamas. Make no mistake, he has sided with Hamas in this conflict.
There&#8217;s only one predictable result of this, and that is the maintenance of Hamas as a political power and military force in Gaza. There are four brigades of commands, about 8,000 Hamas combat soldiers who are still in Rafah, and Biden is keeping them alive. 
Joe Biden is ensuring they will walk out of the tunnels, heads held high at some point, release no hostages, and declare victory.

It&#8217;s an insane decision for the United States. It is in the interest of the United States for our allies to wreck terror groups, particularly terror groups who are currently holding Americans hostage. It is in the interest of the United States for Israel to demonstrate strength in a region that only respects strength. 
But the most morally disgusting thing Biden did is this: The real reason Biden said nothing until Wednesday night, even though rumors for days had warned he would cut off aid, is that he didn&#8217;t want to announce he was cutting off the State of Israel at the knees until after he paid lip service and shed some crocodile tears about the Holocaust at a speech marking Holocaust Remembrance Day.
On Tuesday night, Biden spoke about how the Holocaust was incredibly important, how it should never happen again, and how he would stand by the State of Israel.
He wanted to get past that speech and then deprive Israel of the capacity to destroy a genocidal, Nazi-like terror group that wants all Jews dead.
Joe Biden is a vile moral coward.

A woke <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/illinois" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Illinois</a> math and science boarding academy makes teachers meet with an “equity” coach over “lack of inclusion” and “incorrect pronoun usage,” according to emails obtained by The Daily Wire.
Teachers at the <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/math-and-science-academy-provides-personalized-gender-transition-support-to-students" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Illinois Math and Science Academy</a> (IMSA), a public boarding school in Aurora for grades 10-12, are told to meet with an “Equity Instruction Coach” if they are found to have violated school DEI policies, according to emails obtained by Parents Defending Education (PDE) and shared with The Daily Wire.
The emails show a school culture where teachers are expected to undergo a plethora of DEI-related trainings and an extensive process for faculty and community members to report alleged instances of bias. In one instance, a teacher was ordered to undergo a “coaching” session with the equity coach over pronoun use.
“It has been determined that there is no evidence of bias, but rather a lack of inclusion,” IMSA’s DEI Officer Adrienne Coleman wrote to the teacher in September 2023. “In this instance, while you were proactive in collecting students names and pronouns, IMSA students still felt uncomfortable and unsafe due to incorrect pronoun usage.”
The teacher was then told to prepare to “engage in a coaching session around gender and sexuality, as well as appropriate use of pronouns,” with an “Equity Instructional Coach.”
&#8220;The Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy (IMSA) is committed to maintaining a learning environment that is inclusive and supportive of all students, regardless of an individual’s race, sex, age, color, national origin, religion, disability or physical or mental ability, veteran’s status, affectional or sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, ancestry, and/or other characteristics protected by applicable law,&#8221; IMSA told The Daily Wire. &#8220;The goal of coaching conversations and educational conversations in gender bias is to raise awareness and promote understanding and empathy.&#8221;
Other emails obtained by PDE show a number of supposed bias incidents being investigated, including an allegation from the school’s equity coach against a member of a committee reevaluating school policies through an “equity” lens. According to PDE, the school’s equity coach said that the incident made him question how the committee was selected, suggesting that white males and Christians shouldn’t be involved.
The equity coach said the incident “has made me question how individuals were chosen for the committee, considering the purpose of the work and how policies are inherently geared toward privileged individuals (white, straight, cis, able-bodied, men who are middle class and Christian) and, in reviewing for equity, should be evaluated by those who are not privileged,” the email said.

“These systems have no place in K-12 schools and are antithetical to a healthy educational environment,&#8221; Rhyen Staley, a researcher for PDE, told The Daily Wire. &#8220;It is deeply concerning to see a system in place that promotes reporting fellow students and staff for facial expressions and thought crimes. It is a tragedy that students are subjected to such draconian measures in the name of ‘safety’ and ‘equity.’”

The public information request from PDE also obtained a bias report that had been filed in 2022 by Coleman, who has been with the school for 16 years. In it, Coleman said that she was offended by evaluations referring to black staff members as “incompetent” and by having to “constantly” defend DEI programs at the school, among other allegations.
“This is exhausting and sometimes traumatic! Walk a mile in my shoes, have a conversation with me, do not judge me, erase the stereotypical perspectives that you have of me, get to know me, see my ‘Blackness,’ and understand that it is the most important part of my identity!” she wrote.
It is unclear how the complaint, filed in October 2022, was resolved, though The Daily Wire reached out to IMSA for comment.

The court in New York is currently trying Donald Trump on charges that are completely specious — charges that, effectively speaking, he paid off Stormy Daniels before the 2016 election for electoral purposes as opposed to personal purposes, charges that have not been sustained by any sort of federal criminal prosecution against Trump.
What is all that really about?
What it’s about is humiliating Donald Trump.
I don&#8217;t know why Democrats seem to think this is going to affect Trump in any way, shape, or form. Trump has been part of the seamier side of American politics and business for decades. There&#8217;s a reason he was in a tape for Playboy. There is a reason he was seen as a Studio 54 guy for years and years.
It&#8217;s not as though Trump has led the most pristine sexual life. And no one at this point is surprised by any of the allegations that were made in court yesterday.
But that did not stop Democrats from dragging Stormy Daniels into court. She is the heroine of the Republic because, as it turns out, all it takes to be a heroine in American life now is to be a porn star who has sex with a married man and then effectively blackmails that married man for money.
And then, when the deal fell through, Daniels decided to go public with all of that to harm him.
That is what heroism truly is, so long as that married man is a Republican. If the married man is a Democrat, as we all know, it&#8217;s time to wreck the woman. If that married man is Bill Clinton, then it&#8217;s time to completely wreck Monica Lewinsky’s life. That is how this works.
All of this came to a head yesterday.
Prior to going into court yesterday, Trump suggested all of this was coming out of the “crooked Biden White House.” The orders may not have come directly from the White House, but it is very clear that Democrats in the city of New York have decided they are going to engage in electoral interference. That&#8217;s what this stupid case is.

Trump went into the courtroom where the judge, who is absolutely oriented against Trump at this particular trial, decided to allow the testimony of Stormy Daniels.
To be extremely clear, there is no legal reason Stormy Daniels had to testify. She brought nothing useful to the court. There was no reason whatsoever for her to be in the courtroom. Whether or not she had sex with Trump is completely irrelevant to the charges that are being brought because they are about whether he — via his lawyer Michael Cohen — paid her off prior to the election and then reimbursed Cohen after the election, and whether it was a campaign finance expense as opposed to a personal payoff designed to quash the rumors so as not to bother his wife, Melania.
The case the defense is making is that this is the kind of payment that is constantly made in American life. It can&#8217;t just be pinned on the election.
The case the prosecution is trying to make is that this was all about stealing the 2016 election by silencing Daniels, as though any of the Daniels material coming out prior to the 2016 election would have saved Hillary Clinton, which we know is not the truth because there was a tape of Trump talking about grabbing women by their genitals and he still won. You think a tryst with a porn star would have changed the outcome in 2016?
Daniels talked about her sexual tryst with Trump in 2006. Now, you may be asking yourself, isn&#8217;t the year 2024? Wasn&#8217;t this affair almost two decades ago? What the hell are we talking about Trump&#8217;s 2006 sex life for?
That&#8217;s because you&#8217;re a rational human being. We&#8217;re talking about Trump&#8217;s 2006 sex life because the Democrats need some hook to hang their hat on to claim he&#8217;s a convicted felon. They charged him with 34 counts of felony campaign finance violation in the city of New York.
The plan was to get Stormy Daniels in the room saying shameful things about Donald Trump.
This whole thing was a put-up job. It was all designed so Daniels could unspool this bizarre story about the one time she slept with the future president, the time she spanked him with a rolled up magazine.
Her original story was that they had this awkward encounter she didn&#8217;t really enjoy, but she didn&#8217;t say no. Now, she treats it as though it&#8217;s a quasi-rape.
During her testimony, Daniels <a href="https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/2024/05/07/stormy-daniels-testimony-trump-hush-money-trial/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">stated</a>, “I was staring at the ceiling. I didn’t know how I got there.”
Really? She went up to his room and then didn&#8217;t say no as he had sex with her. She has had sex with people on camera for a living. This was not her first rodeo.
The attempt to turn Daniels into a resistance hero is quite pathetic. It&#8217;s designed to be a laugh line for the Left wing, which is why journalists spent the day guffawing at Trump.
I&#8217;m going to put it out there as a warning to people on the Left laughing at Donald Trump: The last time you laughed at Donald Trump, when Barack Obama made a joke about him at the White House Correspondents Dinner, Trump got angry, ran for president, and became president.
So good luck with the laughter.
If this is the best the Democrats have, they ain&#8217;t got nothing.

A <a href="https://www.bennet.senate.gov/public/_cache/files/f/0/f0886cde-8e03-4f5e-9508-20a5eca2a71c/3A05A7FB1489D7C76B08E4025391D858.durbin-senate-democrats-urge-president-biden-to-take-executive-action-to-provide-relief-for-undocumented-immigrants.pdf">letter</a> from 19 Democrat Senators in late March, including Catherine Cortez Masto (D-NV), John Fetterman (D-PA), and Tammy Duckworth (D-WI), urged the Democrat incumbent to push for amnesty for illegal immigrants earlier this year, but the party appears to be split over how to handle the crucial election year issue.
&#8220;Deporting all such individuals — as former President Donald Trump has threatened to do if reelected — would devastate the American economy and destroy American families,&#8221; the Democrats claim before going on to add, “streamlining pathways for undocumented immigrants with no criminal history and deep ties to the United States to obtain parole or a lawful immigration status would provide stability to their families, require them to pay taxes, and to check in with the U.S. government regularly.”
The letter calling for amnesty for illegal immigrants came in the midst of the worst border crisis that America has ever seen, with over 9.5 million <a href="https://www.cbp.gov/newsroom/stats/nationwide-encounters">nationwide encounters</a> and 1.7 million <a href="https://www.foxnews.com/politics/biden-admin-may-have-lost-track-millions-of-migrants-crossing-southern-border-congressional-report">estimated illegal immigrant gotaways</a> being recorded during Biden’s term.
Democrats in the House of Representatives, however, took a different tone when 15 of them <a href="https://www.cbsnews.com/news/15-house-democrats-call-on-biden-for-border-executive-action/">signed a letter</a> to Biden this week calling on him to &#8220;immediately take further action to restore order at the Southern border and fix our broken immigration system.&#8221; The signatories included several Congressmen from battleground states, including Reps. Susan Wild and Matt Cartwright of Pennsylvania and Reps. Susie Lee and Steven Horsford of Nevada. &#8220;All of our constituents, no matter our congressional district, have felt the impacts of the current border situation,” the Democrats wrote in their letter to the president.

Communications director for the National Republican Congressional Committee Jack Pandol blasted the letter as an act of political theater, contending that &#8220;extreme Democrats play Lucy with the football every election year &#8211; promising to lock down the border after opening the floodgates the year before.&#8221;
&#8220;It&#8217;s a pathetic charade that says more about Democrats&#8217; political freakout over their open borders policies than it does about their willingness to end the crisis.&#8221; Pandol went on to say.
The shifting tone of Democrats on the border could be the result of a mounting number of polls finding that voters are increasingly critical of Biden’s performance on the southern border, potentially posing a threat to his reelection chances. One <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/more-americans-trust-trump-over-biden-to-handle-economy-immigration-crime">recent poll</a>, performed by ABC/Ipsos, found that Americans trust former President Donald Trump to handle immigration more than they trust Biden by a whopping 17 point margin.
The poll was just one of the several surveys that could spell trouble for the Democrat incumbent. Another one found that only <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/voters-say-immigration-is-top-issue-facing-country-biden-faces-widespread-disapproval-on-immigration">36 percent</a> of voters approve of Biden’s performance on immigration, making it his lowest issue-specific approval rating for four consecutive months, while <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/over-half-of-americans-support-mass-deportations-of-illegal-immigrants">two more polls</a> have found that the majority of <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/majority-of-americans-support-building-border-wall-increasing-deportations-penalizing-businesses-that-hire-illegal-immigrants">respondents approve</a> of the deportation of illegal immigrants.

CNN&#8217;s <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/fareed-zakaria" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Fareed Zakaria</a> said during an interview this week that President Joe Biden needed to abandon what he is doing on the border and he needs to follow what former President Donald Trump did on border policy.
Zakaria made the remarks during an interview that airs on PBS&#8217; &#8220;Firing Line with Margaret Hoover,&#8221; which airs on Friday.
He said that Biden didn&#8217;t do anything on the border during his first years in office because &#8220;he wasn&#8217;t taking it seriously enough&#8221; as millions of illegals stormed the southern border.
&#8220;And the reason was he felt he had a progressive wing within his party that wouldn&#8217;t listen to reason,&#8221; he claimed. &#8220;People are coming in, aided by cartels to whom they pay huge amounts of money, and they&#8217;re not running away from law enforcement. They&#8217;re running towards law enforcement because they have figured out that all they have to do is say the magic words, ‘I have a credible fear of persecution,’ and bingo, you&#8217;re in the country legally. You get two court hearings. They could take seven years. Meanwhile, you slip into the shadows of the economy. So the whole system is broken.&#8221;
&#8220;And Biden needs to confront that and say, you know, ‘We are going to have to reform the whole system,'&#8221; he said. &#8220;I would wish he&#8217;d do something much more extreme, like, say the old asylum system is dead. No one is coming in through that process. You have to apply from your home country.&#8221;
Zakaria noted that was a Trump policy, as was his Remain in Mexico policy, which forced migrants to wait in Mexico if they wanted to apply for asylum.
&#8220;I think that&#8217;s all correct,&#8221; Zakaria said.
Hoover followed up by asking: &#8220;So strategically, you think if Biden would tack towards Trump policies, he would have a better political chance?&#8221;

Fox News correspondent Griff Jenkins said that U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) confirmed the Wednesday incident to the network.
The shots fired at Border Patrol agents from the Mexican side happened in the Ysleta area of the El Paso Sector, Jenkins posted on X. The incident, which did not yield any casualties, happened in the afternoon.
Federal law enforcement officials launched an investigation into the matter and described the incident as a &#8220;use of force&#8221; incident, meaning that Border Patrol agents returned fire.
&#8220;On May 8, 2024, Border Patrol agents assigned to the El Paso Sector were involved in a use of force incident while responding to reports of shots fired near the border in the Ysleta Station area of responsibility in Texas,&#8221; the statement said. &#8220;There are no reported injuries at this time. The incident is under review by Customs and Border Protection’s Office of Professional Responsibility.&#8221;

Former Israeli Prime Minister <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/naftali-bennett" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Naftali Bennett</a> ripped President Joe Biden on Thursday for threatening to withhold military aid to Israel if the country invades Rafah to destroy the Hamas stronghold.
Bennett made the remarks on CNN during an interview with Erin Burnett while talking about remarks made to her during a separate interview that aired yesterday.
&#8220;I think this decision is deeply misguided,&#8221; Bennett said. &#8220;What are we being told here? We have a radical jihadist terror organization [on] our border that&#8217;s telling us it&#8217;s going to continue trying to murder as many Jews as possible. Obviously, we have to get rid of it. We have no choice.&#8221;
&#8220;Now, talking about civilians, if Hamas is granted immunity because it hides behind civilians, that&#8217;s not only a problem with Hamas,&#8221; he continued. &#8220;That means that the whole global jihad organizations are all going to adopt human shields as the core way of conducting terror. So this would be a profound mistake. And we think that we have really no choice, and we got to do what we got to do.&#8221;
Bennett also called out Biden for claiming that Israel was targeting civilian population centers while not mentioning that the country goes to great lengths to warn civilians that they need to leave and that Hamas hides behind civilians.
&#8220;In all wars, all wars, in every urban war in the history of the world, there&#8217;s collateral damage, especially when Hamas is using the civilians as a human shield. There&#8217;s no doubt,&#8221; he said. &#8220;But is Israel using bombs to target civilians? Absolutely not. Never. We never target civilians. In fact, we have the lowest ratio of collateral damage in the history of urban warfare. There&#8217;s about, let&#8217;s call it, 32,000 Palestinians who died. Half of them are terrorists. That&#8217;s one to one.&#8221;

In one clip, Thunberg told reporters, &#8220;Young people are leading the way and showing the world how we should react to this.”
However, when pressed why she was there with the protesters, she only would say it was &#8220;good&#8221; as the march took place, the outlet noted.
Some of the banners that could be seen at the protest included one that read, “Welcome to Genocide song contest” and another, “stop using Eurovision to whitewash Israeli crimes,” the report noted.
Lead singer of Five for Fighting, John Ondrasik, also shared a <a href="https://twitter.com/johnondrasik/status/1788670373325935098">post</a> on X about the protests and Golan not being able to leave her hotel room. Following the Hamas terrorist attack on October 7 against Israel, Ondrasik wrote the song “<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XDJXo2Gn-ww">OK</a>” and has called out artists who have been silent amid the anti-Semitism raging on college campuses.

<a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/hunter-biden" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Hunter Biden</a> faced multiple blows in court Thursday, as a judge denied his motion to dismiss his three felony gun charges and an appeals court also ruled against him.
Judge Maryellen Noreika of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware set a three-to-six day trial beginning June 3.
The Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit rejected his appeal, in which Hunter referenced precedent about &#8220;former government officials claiming they are immunized from prosecution based on separation-of-powers principles&#8221; &#8212; even though the first son is not a former government official, and Democrats are zealously seeking to try former president Donald Trump, who is, in state courts.
Hunter also tried to have the charge dismissed by saying the government was bound to a &#8220;diversion agreement&#8221; that would have eventually made the gun charges go away.
U.S. Attorney David Weiss drafted the <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/hunter-bidens-lawyers-claim-deal-to-resolve-felony-gun-charge-was-binding" target="_blank" rel="noopener">deal</a>, then rescinded it last summer after being embarrassed when <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/gop-investigators-probe-alleged-effort-by-hunter-bidens-lawyers-to-punish-irs-whistleblowers" target="_blank" rel="noopener">whistleblowers</a> provided evidence of the DOJ seemingly hamstringing investigators on the case. Prosecutors could not point to a single case in which they had agreed to such a generous &#8220;diversion agreement&#8221; for felony gun charges for anyone else, and a probation officer declined to approve the deal.
A lawyer for rapper <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/kodak-was-charged-for-the-same-crime-hip-hop-stars-lawyer-condemns-hunter-biden-plea-deal" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Kodak Black</a>, who received three years in prison for similar charges, said, &#8220;There’s no such thing as not getting jail time on a gun charge&#8230; 2 tiers of justice?&#8221;
Nonetheless, Hunter argued to the court that he is the victim of &#8220;selective and vindictive prosecution,&#8221; and continued to demand documents to prove it even after the judge shut down the argument. He went so far as to demand information about grand jurors, which is normally secret, because &#8220;it remains possible that in this highly-politicized matter, the grand jury was selected without regard to the bias that people might have.&#8221;

The judge <a href="https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.ded.82797/gov.uscourts.ded.82797.113.0.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener">wrote</a>, &#8220;There will be no such evidentiary hearing.&#8221;
The DOJ under Hunter&#8217;s father, President Joe Biden, has charged 1,200 January 6 defendants, sometimes for conduct as petty as trespassing, in D.C., which voted 93% for Biden, and secured a nearly 100% conviction rate.
Hunter&#8217;s lawyers also sought to use the court case to compel the production of documents relating to former officials in the Trump administration, including former Attorney General Bill Barr. The judge wrote, &#8220;Defendant has failed to show how any of the requested communications among former DOJ and Executive Branch officials could constitute exculpatory evidence,&#8221; noting that no one who even communicated with them will testify at trial.
The judge noted that the DOJ has turned over voluminous information to Hunter already, including &#8220;a forensic copy of the devices seized from The Mac Shop&#8221; &#8212; an admission that the Hunter Biden laptop is real, despite government officials suggesting otherwise before the election.
Hunter&#8217;s lawyers previously threatened to trigger a <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/hunter-bidens-lawyers-threatened-to-put-president-biden-on-witness-stand-if-hunter-was-charged-by-doj-report" target="_blank" rel="noopener">&#8220;Constitutional crisis&#8221;</a> by having President Joe Biden testify at his son&#8217;s trial.
Hunter is charged with lying on federal firearms purchase forms that he was not a drug user, despite a raging cocaine addiction. His girlfriend eventually threw his gun in a dumpster. The charge carries a term of up to 10 years in prison.
Days after his gun trial, Hunter is slated to face a second trial on nine tax charges in California.

Leftist author Judith Butler claims in her latest book that Daily Wire host <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/show/the-michael-knowles-show" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Michael Knowles</a> is a fascist because of his views that society should not accept transgenderism.
Butler, a well-known feminist and proponent of gender ideology, takes aim at Knowles in her book, “Who’s Afraid of Gender?” In the book, Butler argues that comments Knowles made at CPAC in 2023 about eradicating the ideology of transgenderism from public life were fascistic.
According to an <a href="https://pioneerworks.org/broadcast/who's-afraid-of-gender-judith-butler" target="_blank" rel="noopener">excerpt</a> from her new book, Butler discusses a viral quote from Knowles&#8217; <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/michael-knowles-reveals-what-conservatives-must-do-to-defeat-radical-gender-theory-during-cpac-speech" target="_blank" rel="noopener">CPAC speech</a> where he said that “transgenderism must be eradicated from public life entirely” for the good of society and “the poor people who have fallen prey to this confusion.”
After the speech, Knowles was attacked by many on the Left who accused him of promoting “genocide.” Even the Biden administration weighed in, with White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/wh-spokesperson-karine-jean-pierre-repeats-false-claim-michael-knowles-called-for-eradication-of-transgender-people" target="_blank" rel="noopener">falsely claiming</a> that he called for the “eradication of transgender people.”
In her book, which was published in March, Butler repeats attacks on Knowles for the speech, quoting the part about eradicating the ideology of transgenderism.
“The language of eradication belongs to fascism, and today it is directed not only against trans people but against all those who have been clustered under the signs of ‘gender’ and ‘critical race theory’ and ‘wokism,’” Butler wrote. “The ready definitions for fascism tend to rely on the study of its twentieth-century form, so new vocabularies are required to understand new iterations of fascism that have emerged in the last decades.”
Butler’s book has been <a href="https://christopherrufo.com/p/trans-factual" target="_blank" rel="noopener">thoroughly criticized</a> by investigative journalist Chris Rufo, who points out that it is riddled with factual errors and mischaracterizations about Rufo’s own work targeting gender ideology.
Knowles responded to Butler’s accusations on his <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/episode/ep-1486-watch-the-hillary-clinton-musical-is-worse-than-you-think" target="_blank" rel="noopener">show on Thursda</a>y where he critiqued the Left’s ever-changing definition of fascism.

On his show, Knowles pointed out that prominent liberal figures like Bill and Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama would all be considered “fascists” because they all opposed gay marriage at one point in their political careers. The same would go for support for transgenderism, Knowles said, the explosion of which is a very recent phenomenon.

In a post on <a href="https://x.com/PatriciaHeaton/status/1788546398452957520">X</a>, the 66-year-old actress reacted to a clip of Taher Herzallah, rep for American Muslims for Palestine (AMP), saying “Anybody who has a relationship with &#8230; or identifies themself as a Jewish person or as a Christian Zionist &#8230; they are enemy number one. And our community needs to recognize that as such.”

The lead singer of Five for Fighting John Ondrasik <a href="https://x.com/johnondrasik/status/1788573820514877844">replied</a>, “I’m in.&#8221; Ondrasik previously called out artists who have been silent amid the anti-Semitism raging on college campuses — like the insane protests seen at places like <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/columbia-university">Columbia University</a>, where pro-Palestinian protesters have made Jewish students feel unsafe, as previously <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/the-world-has-gone-mad-five-for-fighting-lead-singer-john-ondrasik-on-why-he-wrote-ok-we-are-not-ok">reported</a>.
The hundreds of comments under Heaton’s post echoed similar statements, with messages like “count me in,” “I absolutely will,” and “add me to the list.”
In a series of several other <a href="https://x.com/PatriciaHeaton/status/1788547966053044411">posts</a>, Heaton slammed President Joe Biden for abandoning American hostages after he threatened to cut off weapons to Israel.
“Biden has abandoned our citizens.,” the actress wrote, along with a repost of images of five American citizens who are still being held hostage in Gaza.
In a second <a href="https://x.com/PatriciaHeaton/status/1788548761221767568">post</a>, Heaton included a screenshot of a New York Post headline that read, “Betrayed. Biden vows to cut off weapons if Israel tries to finish off Hamas.”
“This is shameful and dangerous,” Heaton wrote. “WTAF [What in the actual f**k].”
She also included a <a href="https://x.com/PatriciaHeaton/status/1788551530112487846">clip</a> of Sheik Ra&#8217;ad Salah talking about how they will “conquer the White House&#8221; and promising to destroy America, &#8220;installing a caliphate in every country and forcing Islam in every home.”
“Islam will enter every home in every continent including every home in America,” Salah said.
Heaton replied, “Believe them when they tell you who they are and what they’re going to do.”

Gutfeld asked his guests about 13 federal judges <a href="https://freebeacon.com/campus/13-federal-judges-say-they-will-no-longer-hire-law-clerks-from-columbia-university-citing-virulent-spread-of-antisemitism-and-explosion-of-student-disruptions/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">saying</a> earlier this week that they will no longer hire law clerks from Columbia after the university sat by idly for days as anti-Israel protesters camped out on school property and took over a Columbia building. Gutfeld said he is “torn” over the move, adding that he “like[s] that this message is being sent, but at the same time, how do we know that it’s those guys that are [protesting]?”
Shapiro replied, saying, it’s unknown who exactly from Columbia is participating in the anti-America — and anti-Israel — demonstrations.
“It’s unfair, but also good,” Shapiro said. “It is unfair to a bunch of Columbia Law grads who are not participating in this stupidity, but it is very good for the Columbia brand to be degraded in this way.”
“If you worked at Enron, you might not have been involved in the scam that was Enron, but you’re not going to be hired at your next job if you put that on your resume,” he added. “What Columbia is doing right now is burning out its own reputation, and they richly deserve everything that’s about to happen to them over the course of the next ten years.”

Anti-Israel demonstrators camped out on Columbia University’s campus for over a week before dozens of them stormed the school’s Hamilton Hall and illegally occupied it for hours, demanding Columbia divest from Israel. NYPD officers moved in on the protesters in Hamilton Hall last week, arresting dozens of people.
Columbia President Minouche Shafik <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/columbia-president-says-occupation-of-campus-building-by-anti-israel-protesters-was-violent-act-distressing" target="_blank" rel="noopener">called</a> the Hamilton Hall occupation a “violent act.”
“A group of protesters crossed a new line with the occupation of Hamilton Hall,” Shafik said. “It was a violent act that put our students at risk, as well as putting the protesters at risk. I walked through the building and saw the damage which was distressing.”

During a <a href="https://www.cnn.com/2024/05/08/politics/joe-biden-interview-cnntv/index.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">CNN town hall</a> on Wednesday, Biden said he &#8220;made it clear&#8221; to Israel that if it conducts a major ground operation in Rafah, &#8220;we’re not going to supply the weapons and artillery shells.&#8221;
House Speaker <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/mike-johnson" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Mike Johnson</a> (R-LA) used a <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=om3NmPS1GIY" target="_blank" rel="noopener">&#8220;Fox and Friends&#8221; appearance</a> on Thursday to accuse Biden of <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/speaker-johnson-accuses-biden-of-betrayal-hopes-israel-aid-threat-was-senior-moment" target="_blank" rel="noopener">betraying</a> a deal that was made with lawmakers to pass a <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/senate-passes-95-billion-foreign-aid-package-with-possible-tiktok-ban" target="_blank" rel="noopener">$95 billion foreign aid bill</a> last month that included support for Israel.
&#8220;He&#8217;s defying the will of Congress and he&#8217;s defying what his own top officials in the White House assured me in writing and verbally before that supplemental was passed and even in the days since,&#8221; Johnson said.
As the day went on, Rep. Cory Mills (R-FL) <a href="https://www.foxnews.com/politics/house-gop-drafting-biden-impeachment-articles-israel-aid-cutoff-threat" target="_blank" rel="noopener">told Fox News</a> that he was preparing articles of impeachment, saying, &#8220;The House has no choice but to impeach President ‘Quid pro Joe’ Biden.&#8221;
It remains to be seen just how much support Cotton&#8217;s push for an Israel-focused impeachment will get in the House, but Biden is already facing a corruption-focused inquiry led by Oversight Chairman James Comer (R-KY).
Democratic strategist Kevin Walling <a href="https://twitter.com/Acyn/status/1788605909348057210" target="_blank" rel="noopener">argued</a> on Fox News that former Presidents Ronald Reagan and George W. Bush used the same foreign policy &#8220;tool&#8221; as Biden is doing with Israel, while asserting Trump got impeached because he sought dirt on Biden — his political rival — from Ukraine.
In a prior strike against the Biden administration, the House voted to impeach Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas over his handling of the border crisis, but the Democrat-controlled Senate <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/senate-kills-mayorkas-impeachment-articles-without-full-trial" target="_blank" rel="noopener">quashed</a> the charges last month before a full trial could be held.

In a lengthy post on <a href="https://x.com/ginacarano/status/1788401575981191493">X</a>, The Daily Wire star reacted to a clip from the recent <a href="https://www.patrickbetdavid.com/pbd-podcast/">PBD podcast</a> of Cuomo talking about how he’s now “taking a regular dose of Ivermectin” to stave off the effects of &#8220;Long COVID,&#8221; something he had said people needed to be “<a href="https://www.yahoo.com/news/chris-cuomo-makes-ivermectin-face-210453781.html">called out and shamed</a>” for during the pandemic.
Cuomo told the host Ivermectin was the “boogeyman” during COVID – which he conceded “was wrong.” He claimed they had just been “given bad information.” He also said Joe Rogan had gotten it right and “they were wrong to play scared on that” — but he did so without acknowledging that he was one of the people who had bullied others about it.

In response to his latest comments, Carano wrote, “It does matter that Joe Rogan was raising questions and took the heat, trending every other day, being mocked by people like you and the organization you worked for. He was threatened and pressured by the higher ups and mob to be canceled, it could have cost him everything. He was doing the job you should have been doing.”
“You were just given wrong information right, ignoring and supporting the censorship of part of the legitimate medical community who were pushing back?” she added. “You say people were just resisting the government OR, had they seen and been vaccine injured and were asking legitimate questions, critically thinking like<a href="https://twitter.com/RobertKennedyJr"> Robert Kennedy Jr.</a> has been doing for years.”
“You were a part of one the most powerful news organizations in the world and you bullied and shamed the genuine questions from the public that you were supposed to be offering unbiased news to,” Carano continued. “Instead, you all called them ‘anti vaxxers’ and ‘alt right extremists.’ Don’t try and change the story now.”
The star of DW’s “<a href="https://www.dailywire.com/videos/terror-on-the-prairie">Terror on the Prairie</a>” pointed out that, at that time, people weren’t even “allowed to sit next to their loved ones as they died because of the propaganda” people like Cuomo had helped to spread. 
Carano said what Cuomo and others in the media did during the pandemic will go down in history “as one of the most embarrassing, destructive moments that cost people’s lives and careers, broke up families and destroyed our economy. You don’t  look like a hero now, you look arrogant with no idea how deep this goes for the people this destroyed.”
She included a screenshot of a Direct Message Cuomo sent to her dated Feb. 11, 2021. It was sent one day after she had been “fired, shamed and canceled” for voicing her concern about the <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/disney-fires-actress-gina-carano-after-post-comparing-hating-someone-over-politics-to-nazi-germany" target="_blank" rel="noopener">polarizing state</a> of our country as those who were questioning the propaganda about COVID were being treated as the enemy.
“Chris Cuomo CNN, would you like a chance to clarify where your head and heart are before you get defined permanently by others,” Cuomo’s DM read at the time.

Israeli Prime Minister <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/benjamin-netanyahu" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Benjamin Netanyahu</a> responded to President Joe Biden&#8217;s controversial remarks this week — that the U.S. will withhold military support from Israel if it goes after Hamas terrorists inside the Gaza city of Rafah — by saying that Israel is not afraid to stand alone if it has to.
Netanyahu made the remarks as the country has been engaged in a seven-month war against Palestinian terrorists who massacred 1,200 people inside Israel on October 7, 2023.

A transgender alum of a Christian school in Nashville was arrested by the FBI after allegedly making threats against Christ Presbyterian Academy (CPA), days before the one-year anniversary of another transgender person slaughtering six people at The Covenant School.
A <a href="https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.tnmd.99265/gov.uscourts.tnmd.99265.17.0.pdf">criminal complaint</a> unsealed May 6 said that on March 24, the defendant left a voicemail for CPA saying, &#8220;My name used to be legally &#8230;&#8221; — followed by a female name. The Daily Wire does not name mass shooters or others who aspire to infamy through violence. The defendant is charged under a male name.
&#8220;Ya&#8217;ll already know who I am. &#8230; Every time I think about my childhood. You know what I think about every time I put my head to sleep at night? You know what I think about every morning? First of all, you don&#8217;t want to know,&#8221; the voicemail said, court documents allege. &#8220;Do you wanna f&#8212; around. Ya&#8217;ll already know where I live. &#8230; I spent how many days sheltered in place, legally ordered by not only the state but America &#8230; your quote unquote date is going on a murderous rampage again.&#8221;
The voicemail references the movie <a href="https://www.imdb.com/title/tt5463162/plotsummary/">Deadpool 2</a>, about an &#8220;unstable young mutant &#8230; at an orphanage&#8221; who kills an abusive staff member.
The Covenant shooting occurred on March 27, 2023, and far-left activists in Tennessee billed March 31, 2024 — Easter Sunday — as a <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/tennessee-venue-cancels-trans-day-of-vengeance-after-daily-wire-article">&#8220;Trans Day Of Vengeance.&#8221;</a> The defendant posted to X, &#8220;CPA taught me: &#8216;Vengeance is mine,&#8217; sayeth the Lord.&#8221;
The Tennessee Department of Homeland Security said the defendant also filmed the school and posted the video to X, attempting to open a door to the school and mentioning &#8220;watching the school burn.&#8221; The school&#8217;s surveillance cameras captured her taking a picture of a school map, the charging document said.
The law enforcement agency interviewed her on March 25, and she acknowledged the voicemail and apologized.
After that, she posted volatile messages about religious and conservative figures, including Sen. Marsha Blackburn and Gov. Bill Lee, writing on April 25 that &#8220;Bill Lee knows if he makes one wrong move it&#8217;s Joever [sic] for him and my 4th grade teacher&#8230; i.e., his WIFE.&#8221; She wrote of Blackburn, &#8220;Every single word is another nail in your coffin.&#8221;
The FBI then interviewed one of the victims who works at CPA, who said that he was especially concerned because three of his nieces had transferred to the school from Covenant after the mass shooting there.
Another school employee told the FBI that the school closed for the day after the voicemail as a result of it and the fact that it was the anniversary week of the Covenant shooting. The employee also said that many families chose not to send their kids to school the following day as well.
The defendant was charged in federal court with cyberstalking, which &#8220;criminalizes the conduct of a person who, with the intent to kill, injure, harass, intimidate, or place under surveillance with intent to kill, injure, harass, or intimidate another person, uses the mail [or] any interactive computer service.&#8221;
On X, the defendant also posted, &#8220;I&#8217;m here. I&#8217;m queer. Get used to it,&#8221; and like the <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/nashville-police-say-ongoing-investigation-prevents-release-of-covenant-shooters-manifesto">Covenant shooter</a> — who was also a female who believed she was a male — demonized white people, even though she was white.
&#8220;White people will really slaughter your whole family and think they&#8217;re more civilized than you because they did it with their pinkies up,&#8221; she reposted.
Her X account reposted a stream of violent leftist rhetoric, suggesting Israel was conducting &#8220;genocide&#8221; and writing, &#8220;Bush ALLOWED 9/11 to happen.&#8221;
She reposted Vice President Kamala Harris saying that &#8220;the highest court in our land took a constitutional right away from the women of America&#8221; and &#8220;Trump is to blame.&#8221; She blamed gun laws for &#8220;the Columbine shooting.&#8221;

She also said, &#8220;[T]he most dehumanizing and infantilizing thing that happened to us CPC/CPS kids post 9/11 was when wehad [sic] to go outside to walk to class and they wouldn&#8217;t let us look past the plastic that covered up america&#8217;s [sic] war crimes.&#8221; The complaint says the defendant attended the school from 1999 to 2004.
Although females rarely commit high-profile violence, there have been a string of alleged violent threats against schools by female-to-male transgender people, raising questions about whether sex-change hormones are playing a role.
In Maryland last month, an Asian woman who believed she was a male was <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/court-docs-show-trans-teen-arrested-for-planning-mass-shooting-fawned-over-covenant-shooter" target="_blank" rel="noopener">arrested</a> for allegedly planning to shoot up her high school near the 20th anniversary of the Columbine shootings, paying homage in a manifesto to the Covenant shooter.

Ascension Health, one of the nation&#8217;s largest health care networks, said it was targeted by a <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/cyberattack" target="_blank" rel="noopener">cyberattack</a> on Wednesday, which interrupted &#8220;access to some systems.&#8221;
Ascension released a <a href="https://about.ascension.org/news/2024/05/network-interruption-update" target="_blank" rel="noopener">statement</a>, saying that it &#8220;detected unusual activity on select technology network systems,&#8221; adding that it believes the unusual activity was &#8220;due to a cyber event.&#8221; The St. Louis-based group is the fourth-largest <a href="https://www.beckershospitalreview.com/rankings-and-ratings/100-largest-hospitals-and-health-systems-in-the-us-2023.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">health care</a> system in the U.S. with around 140 hospitals. Ascension also runs a pharmacy system, but the group didn&#8217;t say whether its pharmacy network was affected by the cyber event.
&#8220;Our care teams are trained for these kinds of disruptions and have initiated procedures to ensure patient care delivery continues to be safe and as minimally impacted as possible,&#8221; the statement added. &#8220;There has been a disruption to clinical operations, and we continue to assess the impact and duration of the disruption.&#8221;
The health care group added that it is investigating the cybersecurity event to see if any of its patients&#8217; sensitive information was compromised.
&#8220;Should we determine that any sensitive information was affected, we will notify and support those individuals in accordance with all relevant regulatory and legal guidelines,&#8221; Ascension said.
The suspected cyberattack affected some patients&#8217; hospital visits, including a man in Southfield, Michigan, who checked himself into the hospital fearing his cancer had returned. Zackery Lopez said he had to wait seven hours just to receive some pain medication, adding that he witnessed chaos on the hospital floor as staff tried to deal with the cyber event.
&#8220;Right now it is crazy. Nurses are running around. Doctors are running around. There’s no computers whatsoever they can use,&#8221; Lopez told <a href="https://www.fox2detroit.com/news/ascension-hospital-cyber-attack-disrupts-patients-visit-for-potential-cancer-diagnosis" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Fox 2</a>. &#8220;So, they’re actually using charts.&#8221;

UnitedHealth Group, one of the largest health insurance agencies in the country, said in February that its subsidiary Change Healthcare was targeted by a suspected nation-state actor that gained access to its system and resulted in some of its pharmacies being unable to process prescriptions for insurance companies to receive payment.

CNN host Erin Burnett grilled President <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/joe-biden" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Joe Biden</a> during an interview this week over his widely criticized performance on economic matters in the U.S. just months before the 2024 presidential election.
Burnett noted in the interview that the economy was &#8220;by far the most important issue for voters&#8221; and that voters overwhelmingly favor former President Donald Trump over Biden.
&#8220;The cost of buying a home in the United States is double what it was, when you look at your monthly costs, from before the pandemic. Real income, when you account for inflation, is actually down since you took office, economic growth last week far short of expectations,&#8221; Burnett said. &#8220;Consumer confidence, maybe no surprise, is near a two-year low. With less than six months to go to Election Day, are you worried that you&#8217;re running out of time to turn that around?&#8221;
Biden responded by claiming that he had already turned everything around, even though the areas that Burnett mentioned have all gotten worse under Biden.
Burnett didn&#8217;t even mention that Biden&#8217;s American Rescue Plan triggered a massive spike in inflation — the highest level in four decades — that has hurt many families and businesses.
