HOW SHIPPING WORKS

  • You’ll see the shipping charge during checkout—no surprises. For Geartrade orders, we offer free in-store pickup at our Salt Lake City, UT location.  In order to view this option, enter a local zip code starting with 84.

Most Geartrade orders over $100 ship for free, unless it's an oversized item (skis, snowboards, racks, backpacks, coolers, etc). Orders shipping to AK + HI do not ship for free and the rate will be displayed in the cart.

  • Once your item has shipped, your credit card will be charged for your purchase and you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.

PRO TIP: it might take up to 24-48 hours for tracking info to appear on the carrier’s website. Often, the package is already on its way before the first scan gets posted. If tracking is still unavailable after 48 hours, send us an email and we’ll help you out.
